the greatest thing you'll ever learn,
is to love and be loved.
Xin Fu

What, to you, is happiness?
xin fu?
So much for fancy smancy restaurants, that'll do once in a while. Flowers and chocolates, bah.
Happiness, or xin fu, to me, is having breakfast, with the ones I love.
You, especially. :)Bak chor mee, nasi lemak, whatever.
Lying on the sofa, watching television; MTV, AXN, taiwanese variety shows, kids central.
Laughing together at the stupid bits, smashing each other with cushions.
Not feeling the moments as they tick by.
Playing UNO on the floor, forming "alliances" and breaking them the next minute, shouting til we get scolded for noise pollution.
Feeling like the happiest girl in the world while sitting at the back of the bus and attempting to fall asleep on his shoulder.
Not complaining one bit, that these mundane, yet joy-filled activities, may just be the stuff that occupies your time for the next couple of years, but instead smiling at this possibility.
And feeling immensely delirious that you are blessed enough to feel such joy in simplicity. :D
Okay I'm just gabbling on.
This has been a result of reading
Calling Romeo,
and after some reflection I've realised that perhaps I've been taking the little, everyday things, and my loved ones / one, for granted.
Subconsciously, or consciously.
Appreciate the little things. =)
That's what makes up happiness!
School tmr!
zzzz.
What do I have to do to make you understand,This was not my plan.
Visually, I am...
